Ultimate Statsheet is a mobile app that helps Ultimate Frisbee teams track stats, improve performance, and simplify game-day management — built from real user needs identified through research with 24 survey respondents and 9+ secondary sources.

I mapped end-to-end user flows to improve onboarding clarity based on iterative testing, and delivered a high-fidelity prototype with clear stat-tracking flows across intuitive game-day management — receiving positive feedback on design clarity and UX flow from early users.
