RTS Bus Revamp is a redesign of Gainesville's regional bus app — focused on making public transit more accessible, intuitive, and reliable for UF students and local residents who depend on it daily.

Working in a team of 4, we interviewed real RTS users to identify pain points and redesigned the app around real-time bus tracking across clearer route navigation — with usability testing confirming that all participants preferred the redesign over the existing app.
