RTS Bus Revamp is a redesign concept for Gainesville’s Regional Transit System app, created to make trip planning, arrival information, and route navigation more accessible and reliable for UF students and local riders.

Working in a team of four, we interviewed RTS riders to uncover pain points across the existing experience. I helped translate those findings into prioritized improvements for route discovery, real-time arrival tracking, and navigation. During usability testing, every participant preferred the redesigned experience over the existing app.
