Howard is a current undergraduate student studying Digital Arts and Sciences at the Digital Worlds Institute at the University of Florida.

Similar to many others, I started my journey in University unsure of a career I wanted to pursue. Computer Science tested my problem-solving skills but lacked creative freedom. Information Systems lacked the community feeling of determination and hard work that I appreciated. Studying Digital Arts and Sciences was where I found everything that I appreciated and was looking for. Not only was I able to technically challenge myself by learning software of various disciplines in the field but I was also able to gain a community of supportive like-minded peers that all strived to tell their stories of their passions.

My passion for design lays in knowing that I can create experiences that any user can use and enjoy.

I am currently looking for UI/UX internship opportunities for Summer 2024. In the meantime, I am most likely out and about participating in design teams and multimedia committees, creating enjoyable experiences for everyone.
